What photos should I use?
Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos work best. Photos taken on a modern phone camera are usually fine. Avoid screenshots, heavily cropped images, or photos pulled from social media — they print soft and pixelated.
How many photos can I upload?
That depends on the design — the upload area will show exactly how many photo slots are available for this product.
Can I change my photos after I order?
Contact us at support@gearden.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and we won't be able to make changes.
What if one of my photos is too low resolution?
We'll flag it and reach out before printing if a photo won't produce a clear result, so you can swap it if needed.
Can I return a personalized canvas?
Personalized items are made to order and are final sale, except in the case of a print defect or shipping damage. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
