SHIPPING POLICY 

Where we ship
We currently ship to the USA & Canada. (Need another country? Email support@gearden.com and we’ll try to help.)

Production & processing times

  • Canvases: Made-to-order. Please allow 4–9 business days for us to print and prepare your order to ship.
    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping times (after dispatch)

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
    Rural addresses and peak seasons (Black Friday → Christmas) can add a few days.

Shipping costs

  • USA: Free shipping on orders over $40 (before tax/discounts). Orders under $40 are calculated at checkout.

  • Canada: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight/size and destination.
    Any upgrades (expedited, etc.) are shown at checkout when available.

Where your order ships from

  • USA orders: Printed and shipped from the USA.

  • Canadian orders: Printed and shipped from Canada (no cross-border duties for Canadian customers).

Carriers
Generally we use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. The carrier is chosen automatically for the best speed and reliability for your address.

Order tracking
Your tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the email.

Address changes
If you need to change your address, contact us at support@gearden.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is in production or shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.

Undeliverable / Returned to sender (POD — address errors only)

Our prints ship from production facilities that do not process returns.
If a parcel is returned because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong street/ZIP), the package is not recoverable and is treated as lost.

  • Refunds aren’t possible in these cases.

  • We can reprint and reship to a corrected address at 50% of the original item price + shipping.

  • If the address issue was our error, we’ll reprint and reship free.

This policy does not apply when the address was correct and the carrier misrouted, delayed, or damaged the parcel—those are handled under Lost / late packages or Damaged in transit (we’ll investigate and replace if confirmed).

Lost / late packages

  • Domestic considered late after 15 business days from dispatch; Canada after 25 business days.

  • First, check with neighbors/building management and your local post office. If still missing, email us and we’ll investigate and replace if confirmed lost.

Damaged in transit
If your item arrives damaged, email support@gearden.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll replace it ASAP.

Customs, taxes & import fees (Canada)
Orders fulfilled within Canada typically do not incur duties. If any local taxes/fees arise, they’re the customer’s responsibility.

Split shipments
To get your items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers.

Holiday & peak-season notes
Production and carrier networks get busy between Black Friday and Christmas. Please allow extra time. We’ll always ship as quickly as possible.
