What color is the wood

Hi, Yolanda. Thank you for your question. First of all, this is not wood. This is a canvas wrapped around a 0.75-inch wood frame. The canvas color is a grey mix with hints of slate and with wood-brown around edges of top half. Hope this helps!

I've been trying to order for 2 days now but it keeps declining all my cards. I don't understand why. I have money in all accounts I'm trying to use. Cards are Visa and Mastercard.

Hi, Darlene. I understand your frustration, sorry about this happening to you.

In cases like yours where the card was unexpectedly declined the best thing to do is to try checking out again but do so via paypal (but still using your credit card). This usually works.

Even if you don't have a paypal account, go into our checkout page and click the yellow paypal button, then re-enter your card details

Why do these say 49.99 but every one I click on says 100$ i really wanted to order 2 but not for 100$ each

The price will vary depending on the size of canvas you select!

Is it possible to get a “Granny” canvas with 14 grandchildren names?
