Q. How many grandkids’ names can I add?

You can add up to 15 names so all (or most) of the grandkids are included. If you have a very large family, just add the names and we’ll arrange them as neatly as possible. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll advise before you order.

Q. Can I include pets or nicknames instead of formal names?

Yes – you can use nicknames or pet names if you prefer. Many customers include pets as part of the family. Just type the names exactly how you’d like them printed and double-check spelling before checkout.

Q. Will Grandma need to frame it herself?

No. The canvas is professionally printed and stretched over a 1.5" wooden frame. It arrives ready to hang straight on the wall – no extra framing required.

Q. Where is it made and how long does shipping take?

Each canvas is made to order in our professional print labs.

Most orders arrive in around 7–14 days, depending on location and carrier.

Q. Can I see a preview or change the names after ordering?

Please enter the names exactly as you want them printed and double-check spelling before placing your order. If you spot a mistake afterward, email support@gearden.com as soon as possible with your order number – if your canvas isn’t in production yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

Q. What if there’s a problem with my order when it arrives?

If your canvas arrives damaged or with a printing issue, contact support@gearden.com with photos and your order number. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

  • What color is the wood

    Hi, Yolanda. Thank you for your question. First of all, this is not wood. This is a canvas wrapped around a 1.5-inch wood frame. The canvas color is a grey mix with hints of slate and with wood-brown around edges of top half. Hope this helps!

  • I've been trying to order for 2 days now but it keeps declining all my cards. I don't understand why. I have money in all accounts I'm trying to use. Cards are Visa and Mastercard.

    Hi, Darlene. I understand your frustration, sorry about this happening to you.

    In cases like yours where the card was unexpectedly declined the best thing to do is to try checking out again but do so via paypal (but still using your credit card). This usually works.

    Even if you don't have a paypal account, go into our checkout page and click the yellow paypal button, then re-enter your card details

  • Why do these say 49.99 but every one I click on says 100$ i really wanted to order 2 but not for 100$ each

    The price will vary depending on the size of canvas you select!

  • Is there any way you can make it 14 names?

    We can do that if you order one of the largest two sizes.

  • Can the hearts on the board be done in a distressed red?

    Hi, Hollie! Our canvases are made to order in the USA. It currently takes 3-6 working days to print and ship these. As also noted in the product page, we ask our customers to please allow us a total of 7-14 days for delivery starting from day the order is placed. Hope this helps! :)

  • Is it possible to get a “Granny” canvas with 14 grandchildren names?
