No not at all, just type "no date" or "blank" and we will print without the date.

Can you get this any bigger like 40 x 60

No, sorry the biggest sizes we have currently are 40x40, 32x48 and 20x60. 
The exact sizes depends on the design purchased.

It showed a different price of 39 which did it change on 2 of my items

Why does it say in the add this item is 39.95 , when you click on it it’s 89.95 ? False advertising.

Hi, Tammy! Thanks for your question. The price varies with size. It starts with $39.95 for the smallest size. The $89.95 price is for the 24 x 24 size. We're definitely not doing any false advertising. Please go to the product page again and see that there are four different sizes with varying prices. Hope this helps! :)
