Bought this beautiful piece and it was delivered a bit bent, to say the least. Customer service was outstanding! Extremely prompt response in email and a willingness to find a solution for the problem. I definitely recommend this company. Order went very well. Timely arrival. Great Craftsmanship. The name placement was perfect, although I felt I was taking a chance with the name placement on the tree. I sent the names in the order I was hoping they would be placed and it worked out perfectly but if you could consider offering a template with different spaces that could be filled in with the names I think you may get more orders. I hesitated ordering only because I contemplated about the name placement. I am however very glad I did order and I love the family tree!!!

Giving as a Xmas gift. I’m so excited they might get it sooner ! The picture does not give it justice. Not as thick as I expected, but definitely well worth the price paid. Very classy readable script . Would buy again.

Great quality. Only downside is trying to hang it without taking away from the details but putting enough screws in to try and keep the piece flush so there aren’t any shadows.
