This item was nothing like I was expecting. I was ordering it for a gift for close friends but will not be giving it to them…I’d be too embarrassed.
The description said it came with a large wood frame…there was no such frame but the main undeniably critical problem with the item is that it looks like someone has taken an an 8 x 10 picture and just enlarged it grotesquely into a very large print.
It looks cheap and unfocused, just how you would imagine such a thing to look.
This company is seriously misrepresenting their products and although they say there are no refunds on personalized orders, I’m trying to decide whether to get our lawyer involved.
The item we ordered was not expensive at all ( about 150.00 ) but it’s the principle of it.
If they didn’t offer some of these prints in such large sizes then I’m sure this problem could be alleviated.
I purchased this as a Christmas present for my son, his wife and my grandkids. It is perfect 🥰 I love it and I think they will as well.
