I was happy with your products until you sent me a different picture than the one I originally ordered. This is the third time I’m telling you about this. Jenny said you were going to send me the picture I paid for; but so far I never heard from you again.
I still can’t believe your company would send out a picture to a customer that wasn’t centred properly and the words flowing over the edges. It’s a disgrace to make something that was supposed to be a heartfelt message for a loved one.
