You can add up to 15 names so all (or most) of the grandkids are included. If you have a very large family, just add the names and we’ll arrange them as neatly as possible. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll advise before you order.

Q. Can I include pets or nicknames instead of formal names?

Yes – you can use nicknames or pet names if you prefer. Many customers include pets as part of the family. Just type the names exactly how you’d like them printed and double-check spelling before checkout.

Q. Will Grandma need to frame it herself?

No. The canvas is professionally printed and stretched over a 1.25" wooden frame. It arrives ready to hang straight on the wall – no extra framing required.

Please enter the names exactly as you want them printed and double-check spelling before placing your order. If you spot a mistake afterwards, email support@gearden.com as soon as possible with your order number – if your canvas isn’t in production yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

Q. What if there’s a problem with my order when it arrives?

If your canvas arrives damaged or with a printing issue, contact support@gearden.com with photos and your order number. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

This is absolutely adorable. I got this for my parents for Christmas. I could not keep the secret until then but they love it! They are placing the grandkids pictures underneath. I’m not gonna lie! I seen this ad for this on fb so I was very skeptical it was a scam.. however it was the perfect gift for my mom for mother’s day so I thought to give it a try anyway! I ordered a large and got it for a good price and got a order # so I was just gonna wait to see if I got an email to prove it was legit!!! For 5 days I got nothing! Didnt hear anything so I was nervous and decided to contact them! Contact was only through email which worried me more especially since I was on a time frame, my mom lives 6 hours from me and was visiting me for mother’s day for 3 days only and I really wanted her to go home with this gift!!! I sent them an email and got a response in within 6 hours.... they advised I give them 7-14 days for delivery from order and it had only been 5 so I decided to be patient and wait!! Finally 5 More days had passed and no tracking # or anything so I began to worry more! So I decided to shoot them a message and let them no about my mom being here for only three days and how I wanted to surprise her on mother’s day! Within 2 hours they responded apologizing telling me how they were behind on orders and mine was being printed and they would try to get it to me before mother’s day but it was no promises! It was now Wednesday and mother’s day was Sunday! So I was upset and skeptical... I was sure I wouldn’t order from this place again... but I thanked the responder and told her I would pray it makes it to me in time! Won’t he do it? Two hours later I had a tracking # I waited to the following day to track it and it gave me a delivery date of Saturday the day before mother’s day! So I knew the company was real, didn’t no what to expect of the product but my main worry was would it really get to me on Saturday? Saturday at 10 am a knock at the door while I was making my mom breakfast my fiancé opens the door and I’m comes this huge box!!! Now I thought this would be a decent size since I ordered a large but this was wayyyy bigger than what I expected and for the price..... Mother’s Day morning was our both my mom and I first time seeing the photo framed and it completely took all of our breath away my mom, me, and my siblings were in complete aw!!!!! It was perfect no names misspelled, detail amazing, and size over the top.... took the cake at mother’s day breakfast! I was sooo amazed And thankful it arrived on time for my mom to take it home with her the next day.... thank u gear den and I’m ready to order for my own home with my children’s names now!!! Love this

  • What color is the wood

    Hi, Yolanda. Thank you for your question. First of all, this is not wood. This is a canvas wrapped around a 1.5-inch wood frame. The canvas color is a grey mix with hints of slate and with wood-brown around edges of top half. Hope this helps!

  • I've been trying to order for 2 days now but it keeps declining all my cards. I don't understand why. I have money in all accounts I'm trying to use. Cards are Visa and Mastercard.

    Hi, Darlene. I understand your frustration, sorry about this happening to you.

    In cases like yours where the card was unexpectedly declined the best thing to do is to try checking out again but do so via paypal (but still using your credit card). This usually works.

    Even if you don't have a paypal account, go into our checkout page and click the yellow paypal button, then re-enter your card details

  • Why do these say 49.99 but every one I click on says 100$ i really wanted to order 2 but not for 100$ each

    We can do that if you order one of the largest two sizes.
